Branch directors meeting

The Secretary-General of the Sudanese Red Crescent Society (SRCS), Mrs. Aida Al-Sayed Abdullah, and the Head of the delegation of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies(IFRC) in Sudan, opened the SRCS branch directors meeting with the partners of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, held in Addis Ababa during the period from April 7 to 10, 2025, under the theme: Together for effective response.

The Secretary-General expressed her deep appreciation for the volunteers for the great work they have done over the past period in all states of the country, stressing the need to continue the same efforts. She said: The work is great, and I have full confidence in our volunteers.

It is worth mentioning that the meeting aims to highlight the humanitarian consequences of the war and increase the support of international partners for the SRCS plan and response.
